They call and never leave a message.

This guy is threatening people that they need to pay money or they will be arrested. also he states that you or your attorney of records can call him back. He states that he is with the cyper crime unit. then at end of call he states that he wishes you the best of luck on this legal matter if you don't call him back. He calls my cell phone several times a day and leaves messages.

According to NANP this is clearly a spoofed CID. There is no such rate center starting with 200. CID is easily spoofed and it is best to either blacklist the CID (once again CID can be spoofed easily) or just do not answer calls in the 200 "rate center" range - 201 is however legit.

I don't know,and I don't care. If your company shows up as being from Texas,and a Indian guy is talking then I am not going to listen.I'll hang up. I can trace the call. They do know some personal information such as your email or last four of your social. So, do NOT be tricked. They are fake. Check your email, bank records and credit report for any suspicious activity.

Did not have DATE that form was filed when asked. Refused to transfer to supervisor when asked (not allowed to do that).

I spoke to her and she said I put a stop payment on a payday loan and I did not. I had to call the bank. She called again and know she is giving me 24hrs or she is signing of on paperwork and she is going to send it to my county for deception and writing a bad check across the state line.
